Booking and cancellation policy

Please note that we are unable to accept bookings for a specific site. Site allocation is handled by our office. Cancellation is free of charge until 7 days before your scheduled arrival. We will hold your site for you until 6pm on your day of arrival. Please let us know if you will arrive later than 6pm as the site will otherwise be given to another guest and your deposit cannot be refunded. Your deposit will not be refunded if you do not arrive on your scheduled arrival day, or if you leave before your scheduled departure date.

If, contrary to expectation, our campsite or the national borders should be closed on your day of arrival, or if a travel warning should be issued for the federal province of Carinthia, we will of course return your deposit.

We strongly recommend a travel insurance! Further information:

Binding reservations

For a fixed reservation we kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 150 € to the account of

We will confirm your reservation once we have received your deposit.

We do not require a deposit during May and June!

Please note that it can take up to 2 working days for the deposit to reach our account. No transactions are made on Saturday or Sunday. We will then take around 10 days to process the payment. Thank you for your patience!

After receiving your written, binding confirmation, we kindly ask for a deposit of 80% of the basic rental fee. Please pay the outstanding amount (including final cleaning and local tax) when you check out.

Please note that you will be charged for damaged or missing furniture items. Special offers and package fees do not apply to mobile home rentals.

A deposit of EUR 50 is required for the barrier key when you check in. Special offers and package fees do not apply to mobile home rentals. Check-in: from 4pm. Check-out: 8am-10am. Please note that we are unable to process check-outs earlier than 8am.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellations made 45 days before the booked arrival date we will keep 100% of your deposit. In case of cancellations made earlier than 45 days before your arrival date we will refund the deposit. Please note that in case of cancellations made later than 30 days before your arrival day, in case of no-show on your scheduled arrival day, or in case of early departure, you will be invoiced for  all the nights included in your original booking.

Minimum booking: 4 nights. Please note that from Wednesday onwards, guests are required to pay the full amount for the week (i.e. until Sunday), even in case of earlier departure. This also applies to bookings from Thursday (3 nights) and Friday (2 nights) until Sunday. 

Deposit = nights x person fee residual is to pay when you come

No refund of the deposit for cancellation after August 25th.
