Booking and cancellation policy

Please note that we are unable to accept bookings for a specific site. Site allocation is handled by our office. Cancellation is free of charge until 10 days before your scheduled arrival. We will hold your site for you until 6pm on your day of arrival. Please let us know if you will arrive later than 6pm as the site will otherwise be given to another guest and your deposit cannot be refunded. Your deposit will not be refunded if you do not arrive on your scheduled arrival day, or if you leave before your scheduled departure date. If, contrary to expectation, our campsite or the national borders should be closed on your day of arrival, or if a travel warning should be issued for the federal province of Carinthia, we will of course return your deposit. It is not possible to postpone the deposit to next year, as the place has been firmly reserved and other guests have been cancelled. Illness is not a reason for cancellation. 

NO DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED IN MAY AND JUNE! In May and June you can cancel free of charge up to 1 day before your arrival. This does not apply to mobile home bookings.

Binding reservations

For a fixed reservation we kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 150 € to the account of

We will confirm your reservation once we have received your deposit.

We do not require a deposit during May and June!

Please note that it can take up to 2 working days for the deposit to reach our account. No transactions are made on Saturday or Sunday. We will then take around 10 days to process the payment. Thank you for your patience!

In the event of cancellation 45 days before the arrival date, 100% of the deposit will be retained; in the event of cancellation less than 45 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded. In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before the arrival date or in the event of a no-show on the reserved arrival date or an earlier departure, all nights booked will be charged. The deposit cannot be transferred to a holiday at a later date, as the mobile home has been reserved for you and cancelled for other guests. Illness is not a reason for cancellation. If, contrary to expectations, our campsite or the state borders are closed on the day of your arrival or a travel warning is issued for the state of Carinthia, your deposit will of course be refunded!

After receiving your binding and written reservation, we kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 80% of the basic rent. Please pay the remaining amount (final cleaning, local tax, etc.) at check-in.

After payment you will receive your reservation confirmation.

Damaged or missing furnishings will be charged to you on departure. We will collect a deposit of 50 euros in cash for the key to the cupboard at check-in. No special offers or other packages apply when booking a mobile home! Check-in: 4-8 PM. Check-out: 8-10 AM. We ask for your understanding that check-out on the day of departure is not possible before 8.00!

You can choose your arrival and departure dates. Daily arrivals are possible. There is no entitlement to a specific pitch. Pitches are allocated by the campsite office.

Please note that during European Bike Week, pitches are very close together and it is noisy at night. We do not charge pitch fees, but rather per person fees + the respective unit (motorhome, car, caravan, etc.). For example, two motorhomes can be parked on one pitch.

Deposit = planned nights x per person fee, the rest will be charged on site.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 10 days before the arrival date (exception: booking a mobile home). The pitch will be held for you until 6 p.m. on the day of arrival. Please let us know if you will be arriving later than 6 p.m., otherwise the pitch will be given to another guest and your pitch reservation and deposit will be forfeited. In the event of a no-show on the reserved arrival date or early departure, the deposit will not be refunded and all nights booked will be charged. It is not possible to transfer the deposit to the following year, as the pitch has been reserved and other guests have been turned away. Illness is not a valid reason for cancellation.

The only exception for the refund of the deposit: if, contrary to expectations, our campsite or the state borders are closed on your arrival day, or if a travel warning is in place for the province of Carinthia, you will of course receive your deposit back!
